The CNAT product is what you're looking for I think.  It can work two
ways.  It can do the IP natting as well as translating addresses in
the stuff inside the SNMP PDU, or it can be configured to only to the
SNMP PDU address translation and detect if another device has doing
the IP nat already.  

In the latter case however, you have to be pretty careful about keping
the translation tables synchronized between the standalone nat device
and cnat.

translator"  manuals.
