[nv-l] Questions about Netview 7.1.3 Installation (aix)

Hi,

1- Do i need a new framework patch (NV 7.1 framework patch already there)
when a install Netview 7.1.3 ?

2- When i installed Netview, i have a choice to install a database (Tivoli
Netview Database 7.1), what is this DATABASE,   
     must i install it ? Or by default Netview has a other default database
?
