[nv-l] Symbol Bitmap File Conversion

        Have run into a vendor that does't do AIX style .p and .m symbol
files.  They will only provides .gif .jpg .ico or .bmp style.
        Is there a convertor between any of these styles and the bitmap/mask
files that AIX NetView requires or is the only solution to draw my own?
