Hi
Fawad,
Try running xnmsnmpconf -resolve <device name> and
see what NetView tells you about the communitystring it wants to use. If
it is different from what you expect, look for entries in snmpconf under both
the name and every ip address associated with that device to make sure there are
no old entries with the wrong community string.
