MIB-2 or SNMPv2?

I'm pretty sure...but the way those get prioritized is by how many
folks bring it up to their marketing/sales folks, so it wouldn't be
useful to use the existence of such to remain quiet. :-)

You can open a PMR and ask "How do I do <whatever you want to
do>?... If it can't can you tell me the status of any enhancement
request that covers this functionality?"

If you mean SNMPv2 and you aren't using snmpv2 datatypes for that
particular variable, it seems to work just fine by hand coding the OID
you wish to monitor into /usr/OV/conf/snmpCol.conf Tha workaround
has worked pretty well for me.
