For finding which enterprise a number is assigned to, you can consult the
following official Web site:
http://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise-numbers
where it is stated that 481 is assigned to "Network ExpressTom Jarema"
Perhaps you could try find out a site from them a try to get some MIBs.
