If you have rebooted your box, then my guess is that the modem device is 
not active because you are getting this error:
modem_timeout : tcgettr : errno=9 (Bad file number)
That indicates to me that you aren't using the right serial port or the 
that it is not configured correctly.

If this doesn't help, then I would urge you to call Support.  That's where 
this kind of issue belongs.

Hi, all

Who can help me with my nvpage, my nvpage can not call any page now, it 
can
work right before, and I havn't change any config, the only problem is the
Modem cable has disconnected from machine's Serial port, after re-connect,
I restart the machine, but it seems every pager I have made use "nvpage
1278999111 000" are pending in queue,
nvpage -s
<root@sisiu001:/usr/OV/log>/usr/OV/bin/nvpage -s

I open the "-d" in nvpagerd.lrf

Then below is the report from nvpagerd.alog, no error report from
nvpagerd.errlog
