It only has to be in your path, and you have to be root. Did it not work
for you? Your path should include /usr/OV/bin if your login profile
included the setup call:
  . /us/OV/bin/NVenvironment
Note that this line starts with 'dot space'

Does the "netmon -y" command have to be issued from a particular
directory??   I tried it from "/usr/OV".
