CISCO-CONFIG-MAN-MIB-V1SMI.my

Can anyone spread any more light onto Cisco's ever-descriptive explanation
below on what exactly this trap represents?

ciscoConfigManEvent TRAP-TYPE
-- Reverse mappable trap
    ENTERPRISE ciscoConfigManMIBNotificationPrefix
    VARIABLES {
        ccmHistoryEventCommandSource, ccmHistoryEventConfigSource,
        ccmHistoryEventConfigDestination }
--  Status
--    mandatory
    DESCRIPTION
        "Notification of a configuration management event as
        recorded in ccmHistoryEventTable."
    ::= 1
