Dominic,
This is to be expected. Manually added lines stay blue.
It is blue because NetView cannot determine its IP Status.
You had to manually add the connection because NetView could not discover it.
If you want it to be black and managed you have to fix whatever is preventing NeView from automatically discovering it.

Hi all (nv 7.1.3 with fixpack 1+ 2efix on aix 4.3.3)

When i decide to connect 2 locations on my map with the
"edit/add/connection" menu,
the line created is blue (mean unknow connection, see jpeg file...), What
should i do to tell netview that this connection exist (or to be managed -
black line) ?
