Hi all NV 7.1 on AIX,

When someone loggon with the web console and his "role" is Administrator, he
can access to a map, but when someone loggon to with the web console and his
"role" is "user", he can't have access to a map instead of this he got a
error like this :

"there are no open map,

to  open a map start the netview console, or console daemon on the netview
server"

BUT 

whatever netview (xwindows map) is open or not (netivewd is always up) the
same error happen, but only for people who have "user" role, 
for the admin role all is ok, WHY?
