There used to be a MIB, but IBM stopped distributing it some years ago.
I have my 3494 sending traps to NetView. There is not much you need to
do on the NetView side. All I did was, the following:
- Under enterprises, add:
ibm3494 {1.3.6.1.4.1.2.2.1.5}
- Under user added trap format:
EDESC
TESTM {1.3.6.1.4.1.2.2.1.5} 6 9 A 0 0 "Status Events"
$A $*
SDESC
Traps from IBM 3494 Enterprise Library.
You'll get traps such as the following:

Look at pages 259-273 of the 3494 Operators Guide [GA32-0449-01] for

Check the Graph Properties (under Edit menu, or Graph Options button).
The
default Time Visible Range is 5 hours.

registration file in /usr/OV/registration/C.
But these new option doesn't appear in the Menu Bar.

In AIX 4.3.3 and Netview 7.1.3 this file rgistration works OK, but I'm
testing the new instalation AIX 5.1 and (new instalation) Netview
