[nv-l] netview java console (windows) verification after upgrade from 7. 1 to 7.1.3

Hi all, we're using netview 7.1 on aix 4.3.3 system. we will upgrade to
7.1.3 (with fp1) today...

just to be sure, i wanna know if i need to restart something in my netview
server (java ...) after i upgrade netview 7.1 to 7.1.3 for  the window java
console ?

Do OVSTART is enough to the java console application working good for the
windows web console client or i need to restart or execute others daemons
(java...)
