The NetView for Windows TEC adapter is a port of the OpenView TEC adapter (and the old NetView adapter) which is shipped with the TEC product itself. The doc you are looking for is the TEC Event Adapter's Guide that comes with TEC. James Shanks Level 3 Support for Tivoli NetView for UNIX and Windows Tivoli Software / IBM Software Group
Could anybody direct me to any TEC Adapter documentation. We have a Win2K system with NV 7.1.2 that was setup by IBM Global services and I am working on learning NetView.....but desperately need some help in controlling what gets sent to TEC and what doesn't...so I'm interested in gaining a much deeper understanding other than just configuring the TEC adapter with the available event types....how does it work ?
