[nv-l] Web Console Menu question.

I would like to create a menu option that becomes available when a 
user right clicks on an object in the "Web Console".
Adding an action to the "Object" menu does not appear to do this;
it just puts the menu item in the "Object" Menu which
is next to the file menu.
Any documentation out there that can lead me in the right direction?
I have already looked at the "IBM Tivoli NetView for UNIX Release Notes, V7.1.3"
