Take a look at Chapter 7 of the Administrators Guide, that will help you through configuring a collection and thresholds. Chapter 5 of the Administrators Guide covers event correlation, rulesets and forwarding events to TEC. Someone here may be able to give you something specific, but without know what types of devices that are, it might be tough to get a good answer. If you want a specific answer, you will want to ask a specific question.
