I am Mrs. Amina Abu, a Director General in the Yobe State Ministry of
Agriculture. Our State is largely responsible for the supply of about 60% of
the COW MEAT consummed in this country. Farmers in this state run Cattle
Ranches with a total herd of cow averaging 1.5 million every quarter. However,
in recent times, production has been hampered by the scourge of a strange
disease which has affected their turn-out level. The government has been
intervening in its bid to control the situation with some VACCINES and DRUGS
supplied by some of our veterinary contractors from Europe. The vaccines and
drugs have been very efficacious. These drugs are Claformixil 500ml injection,
Hydrochloride and Terramycin 5 and Phenoxyle injection.
Right now, we are about awarding another contract for the supply of another
batch of the drugs and vaccines so that we can sell at subsidized rates to
local farmers. I am particularly interested because of the enormous amount of
funds involved. I would want to influence the award of the animal vaccines
contract to someone I can have a deal with, so that both of us can benefit from
it.
I would want you to apply for this supply contract. I will use my position to
ensure that you are awarded the contract. I know the sources where you can get
the Animal Vaccines in Europe. All you need to do is to contact the source, get
their current prices, and make your own quotation. I will, however, inflate
your quotation by 5% and make sure you are awarded the contract.
Upon your supply of the vaccines, I will also make sure payment is effected to
you immediately, so that you can pay my own 5% into my younger brother's
account.
This is an urgent business, which we can do together, as long as I remain in
this position. Please, if you are interested, quickly let me know, so that I
can start influencing every move now.
