You will have to develop your own procedure.  See the man page on the snmpColDump command which will format the data collected by snmpCollect into an ascii file.  How you export that into Excel is up to you.  Presumably you would ftp to a Windows box and play with the formatting over there.

I want to export collected SNMP data to Excel spread sheet for graphing. Please let me know the procedure to achieve the same.
