I believe you'll need to demand poll each device or wait for netmon's config polls to complete before object info is updated in the database.

I dont think so.  Have you issued commandline snmpget's or snmpwalks to look at the specific MIB variables?
 
I would guess the infrastructure group needs to make sure their config was saved and loaded.

I had the engineer group add contact information to a set of routers, and I don't see them in them in the Tools/Display Object Information.  Do I have to delete and rediscover these devices to get that info?
