I have not tried this yet, but we've finally been given an update from Cisco.

The adapters are available there, or from the Netview media.
There is also a  link there to the Integration Utility Adapter website, where you can download the IntgUtil.v1_6 for AIX, which calls for AIX 5.1.

This is dated March 4, 2004. Hooray!
