There is another mailing list covering all other Tivoli products called tme10 which may be of use to you.  You can subscribe by putting subscribe tme10 into the body of a mail to Majordomo@lists.us.ibm.com

I know its not Netivew related but is there a user email group just like this  for TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager?)
