NV 7.1.3 / AIX 5.1

Hi, my NOC is getting the following while using Netview web console client (both on Solaris and Windows, same message):

"The submap Explorer could not connect to Netview Console. Exiting the Submap Explorer."

Any insight / fixes will be appreciated.
