Not at this time, since NIMCM requires the framework and a RIM and a bunch of stuff that depends on a Tivoli Managed Node. You would have to ask your Tivoli marketing team about futures.

Can I install nimcm on linux?

Yes, you need to install the Config Mgr Server on the Netview Server. There are actually a whole bunch of pieces that need to be installed on multiple servers. Be sure to review the NIMCM documentation. Certain functions of the old TIPN package are no longer supported on current versions of Netview. I'm not sure about that query.
