I haven't tried it, but it says in the books that there is. Look in the NetView for Windows User's Guide under the section on "Using the Mouse". There's a table there that explains how to select all the icons in an area. The Windows version of NetView installs all its books in \usr\ov\books -- there is no separate install for them as in UNIX.
