Ioannis,
There are 3rd party applications that will do this. Would that be a solution?
Search google for say "IBM netview graphs html"

Subject: [nv-l] RE: MIB Data Collection

We have Netview 7.1.4 and AIX 5.2. I am wondering whether there is a way to give to users the ability to see the MIB Data Collection and the ability to graph these data without giving them the full functionality or the ability to change things. This is not a functionality they can get through the Netview Web Console right? Currently the users have the functionality of Netview Web Console. I would appreciate any ideas.
