[nv-l] BandwidthUtilHdx event with wrong interface number

NV 7.1.3 FP3, SOLARIS

Hi folks,
I have configured some BandwidthUtilHdx collection,
The only problem is the interface number (126 for the
example below) does not exist in my device interface
list.
