Yes. You do not need CiscoWorks. Just skip that part during the install.

Just a heads up - Cisco released version 2.6 of the Integration Utility
today for Solaris 2.8/2.9, HP-UX 11.0 and Windows 2000/2003 (version 2.6 for
AIX was released in March 2004). The Integration Utility will give you
specific icons for Cisco devices in NetView. It will also load a bunch of
Cisco MIBs in the proper order and create a menu selection for
CiscoWorks/CiscoView if you have it. Note: You do not have to have CiscoWorks
to load it or get usefulness from it.
