[nv-l] Netview 713 Install Fails !

Hi all,
I'm trying to install netview 713 on aix 5.2. I
already have Tivoli framework installed. I have also
checked prereq script and everything is fine. But when
i use install option for server in Tivoli product
dialog, i get this error below in NVS_713_error log
file. Any ideas? This is a fresh install.
