Hi usman,
Have you applied this patches as well

Frame work patches-4.1-TMF-0010E    4.1-TMF-0013    4.1-TMF-0014    4.1-TMF-0015

DB2 Fixpack 8 on top of DB2 7.2 Fixpack 5 and then eFIX JR17690.  This is the required DB2 maintenance level for TEC 3.9.

[nv-l] TEC Installation Problem

Hi,

I am trying to install TEC 3.9 on Windows 2000 Server SP4.

I have already installed FWK 4.1.1, DB2 7.2 Universal with FP9. When i run the setup for TEC and  try "Configure Event Database" it gives this error message at  the end and installation fails: -

Testing Of Rim Object Failed FRWRA0012E.The RDBMS server call has failed.

Can anyone help me out in this regard...

Regards,

Usman Taokeer
