Forgive me, but I'm puzzled. What does "connect Netview to my db2" mean?
NetView for Windows supports only the Jet / MS Access or SQL Server as a
relational database, and even then it still runs using the flat files. The
RDBMS is only for reporting purposes. And direct transfer to DB2 is not
an option. There is no license agreement in place for that.

However, with the Tivoli Data Warehouse, snmpCollect can collect MIB data,
stage it to DB2, and then the tdwdaemon will transfer it to the Warehouse
every night.

Integrating NetView is the last piece you should be worrying about. You
need to install DB2, then the Data Warehouse, and get them working, and
then install the current NetView Data Warehouse Enablement Pack (WEP). My
advice is to read the doc carefully.

I am planning to install Data Warehouse for my Netview 7.1.4 in windows
with fix pack three ,my only concern is,,I am running with the inbuilt

integrate with data warehouse, is it possible???? all tips are highly
welcomed.

Many many thanks in advance
