| Swapna,

I forgot to mention that the addtrap command should be under the /usr/OV/bin
directory. There is a programmer's reference guide for Windows that you can
download from the support site.

Thanks,

Scott

Swapna,

Try looking in /usr/OV/conf, the trapd.conf file should be there. You can also
do a search on /usr/ov if your having trouble looking for it.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [nv-l] merge new traps settings to trapd.conf ?
Hi All,

I am not able to find nvaddtrapdconf in usr/ov/bin utility to merge my
traps to trapd.conf. I am using NetView 7.1.4 on Windows 2000 terminal. Where
can I find it,is there a specific format that this utility expects.

Thanks
Swapna
