This is AIX V5 isn't it?  Have you done the switch command to make snmpd
run in SNMPv1 mode?


snmpv3_ssw -1


mgragentd and trapgend on AIX are smux peers and the smux.peers file we
install into /etc won't get picked up by the daemon in SNMPv3 mode.


As for OVs_NON_WELL_BEHAVED, that is not an error but a permanent condition
indicating how the daemon was designed.  trapgend on AIX is also
OVs_NON_WELL_BEHAVED.  Do an ovstatus and take a look.  If you look at
/usr/OV/conf/ovsuf  you'll see that's how both daemons are defined.
OVs_NON_WELL_BEHAVED just means that the daemon will start and stop
independently of all others. It actually doesn't even need ovspmd and could
be run from the command line, but that's not an issue for you to worry
about.
