Hi, Im trying to start TEC 3.9 from the GUI in the
Tivoli Desktop and form the CL wstartesvr but it fail 
I have created a RIM Object for tec named tec. The
RDBMS is ORACLE 8. 
Whe its trying to start display this error 

The Tivoli Enterprise Console Server is
initializing...
Error::FRWTE0017E Fri Oct 21 10:33:10 2005 (17):
system problem: `ERROR: Process T/EC Dispatch exits
with exit code 38: Initialization T/EC Database module
failed'

and in the rim_db_log
