It's interesting that the referenced FP004 README requires you to
install the Web Console yet one more time. Can this be a "one-step"
where the new Web Console package is installed before the upgrade of the
base? In other words, will the FP004 version of the Web Console work
with the Fix Pack 003 level of the NetView server?
