[nv-l] servmon not detecting status

Hi all,

I am running netview for windows 7.1.4  

I am testing service monitor feature. I cant get it too work .On a window server I stopped Apache,websphere,iis (I modified the conf file before doing this per manual) and I don't get any traps or any indication that its down.

I am pasting below the portion of servmon.log ,

 

Please help me.
