Why not call Support and ask Level 2 to help build one for you?

Good day all;

Would anyone have a ruleset file that will immediately trigger a script
whenever an ISDN call event is received by netview? (ie anytime Netview
receives event 58916982 Backup Line Active). Would be benefitial if it was
checking for membership in a smartset.

I'd use the ruleset editor to build this myself, but they still haven't got
that tool working under windows :-(

Thanks in advance to anyone who could assist.
Jay
