Your are trying to load an SNMPv2 MIB with the SNMPv1-only loader.
MODULE-IDENTITY is SNMPv2 only. That's the one thing that will always
distinguish a v1 MIB from a v2 MIB.
You have to load this with xnmloadmib2.

I am attempting to load SYSAPPL-MIB.my and receive:
xnmloadmib -load SYSAPPL-MIB.my
