I have tried ovdelobj tdwdaemon.lrf and integration again, but error message is 
the same.

Try un-registering the Tdwdaemon manually using 'nvdelobj' and then run the 
integration again

        Did you include the Java component when you installed the DB2 Client ?  
Look for a file called db2java.zip. 
        
        Make sure the  db2java..zip file shows up in your CLASSPATH. And make 
sure the CLASSPATH is apart of your NetView environment, in other words the 
daemons are started from a shell where the CLASSPATH is correctly set.
