Description: This presentation provides an overview of the current planned
combination, integration and convergence strategy of the Tivoli and Netcool
Solutions. We will discuss the combined value of the Tivoli and Netcool
Solution Products, the Near-Term Integration Plans and our Convergence Plans
for the overlapping technologies. We have worked with our customers,
business partners and analysts to develop a roadmap with the best
technologies of multiple portfolio's. In addition to the product
enhancements, we intend! to work with our customers to provide a smooth
migration path from either Tivoli or Netcool heritage solutions and provide
consumability with ease of deployment, ease of use and enhanced
visualization. As you will see in this presentation, we plan to continue to
invest and enhance our solutions based on our customer requirements and
market demands. Where we have overlapping functionality, we will discuss our
current combination, integration and convergence plans.
