Suse Linux 9 with TEC 3.9 FP2 and NV 7.1.4 FP4.
Just applied NetView fp 4 and testing things. I seem to have lost the
link from a TEC Console back to NetView console. I can start the
NetView Web Console fine from the NetView GUI - no problems. From TEC,
I get the NV login screen and fill it in. I get the splash screen. CPU
goes high for a few seconds (as expected) but CPU then settles back and
NV Web Console is hung with a clock cursor - I never get any further.
Tried it from TEC with NetView -> Submap Explorer , Diagnostics and
Object Properties - same result for all. I can close the hung NV Web
Console window with the Window Manager close button and it it puts up
the usual are-you-sure message and closes it OK.
I have stopped and started all NV processes and rebooted the system.
I know one of the major changes with fp4 was a Java version change.....
Anyone else seen this before I report it in????
