Do we have to install FP04 for NetView 7.1.4 on AIX through Tivoli Desktop?
I could not see the detail on installing FP04 with framework & RDBMS support
in the FP04 Readme file

If you installed it via Framework and you want to access it again via
Framework,
then you need to uninstall it and reinstall it via Framework. The
uninstnv script
is for standalone(ie Non-Framework) installs.
