Well, we will try to help, but we may need more details.  It is not clear what you mean exactly.
If you are talking about deleting things from the map, the answer is yes. If you are on Unix, the
command is nvmaputil.sh.
First, if you do not want the objects to be rediscovered, you must first update your seedfile which
controls the discovery.
Then you can use the nvmaputil.sh command at the commandline or in a script to delete the list
of things.
To generate a list of things that you want to delete, you might find the nvUtil command useful.
See the syntax:  nvmaputil.sh -h, nvUtil -h
Example
nvUtil e '(isNode=True) && ("IP Status" = "Critical")' '%Selection Name%,%SNMP Agent%'
will generate a list of nodes of all kinds that are red, and the list will include the Selection Name of the node
and the type of device it is.
Example
nvmaputil.sh --delete  nodelist
where nodelist is one or more selection names.

Any method to update the Map, I have lot of object present in the map; I need to update the map without deleting the objects manually.
