1. Yes.  If you try to migrate
directly from 7.1.3 to 7.1.5 all the updates from 7.1.4 will be missing
and perhaps some of those from 7.1.5 as well.
2. If your current OS is 5.1 then the
upgrade should still work, but I have not tried it.
3. We did nothing for (or against) Framework
support, so whatever TMF you have now should also be good.  But be
aware that we no longer even test Framework installs so far as I know.

Subject	[NV-L] NetView Upgrade Question

Hi All,
I need some help in upgrading Tivoli Managed NetView. My environment is
as below.
OS - AIX 5.1
TMF - 4.1
Tivoli NetView 7.1.3 FP 03 ( is a managed node to TMR on another server)
Now i need to upgrade Netview to latest level which will
be 7.1.5. 
My Questions are below.
1-Is this the current path - upgrade to 7.1.4 and upgrade
to 7.1.5
2-Can the OS be still 5.1?
3-What level Tivoli Framework is required?
Please let me know if I need to be aware of anything else?
