Hi, You can do this through registry as the trap destination setting is a registry key. For example on a windows 2000 server: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration\communityname\1\trapdestination where communityname and trapdestination are the settings of your SNMP service. So the pb is that if you don't know the communities setted on the servers, you will have to retrieve everything under TrapComfiguration to know which trap destination have been configured. Is there any way of checking the trap destination settings (on Windows specifically) remotely (ie via SNMP)? I’ve got a client requirement to do this so that they don’t have to go server-to-server.
