Perhaps I was misleading. I'm talking about editing
xnmsnmpconf. I think your response is regarding xnmcollect, or am I
not understanding correctly?

NV 7.1.5 on AIX 5.2 Is there a way to edit the SNMP Configuration directly for the purpose of adding or removing large numbers of entries? My intention is to remove the many individual node entries and replace with smartsets.
