Thread-topic:	Red Hat 4 fixes for net-snmp

We've been trying to upgrade to the latest patches on the Red Hat 4 system we put in last May to keep the security group happy. The final problem has been with net-snmp. The secret to getting it to work with November and January patches was to add an entry into the /etc/hosts.allow system "snmpd: ALL".
