Well, TL-7 was out when FP03 was tested, which was the first quarter of 2005.  And the only level of 7.1.4 that we are  still supporting is FP05, which debuted in the fourth quarter of 2006, so not even it has been tested with TL-7.

So I think you are on your own here, unless there is another user who is already running this and will respond.  I know of no theoretical reason why it won't work, but that's not a guarantee that it will.  If you have problems, and still have them after applying FP05, then we'll do what we can to help you resolve them.  That's all I can offer.
