Hi all,

after more than ten years of work with Netview I want to say good by to the
list. I want to thank specially Jane Curry, James Shanks and Leslie Clark for
their contributions to the list, I learned really a lot from them and they
helped me out of a lot of problems I had in the beginning.

I didn't write for a long time as I had no problems I couldn't solve myself
since I had installed 7.1.4 and was too busy and "too far away" from netview to
answer the questions of others. If a product runs stable for years and years
without a lot of work you forget all those little tricks you needed to arive
there. But then - it's what you expect from a good product, running without a
lot of maintenance.

So I'm a bit sad I had to shut down netview for the last time and say good
bye...

-Michael
