I've got a NetView 4 system and it's always got these problems when I've got 
Netscape running on the box at the same time.  Perhaps in your case it's also 
caused by the confilc between Netscape and NetView

Subject:        Problems with colors

HI,
I have problems with colors in TME10 Framework and NetView 5.I'm running
them on AIX v.4.2.I can't see menu,Control Desk colors
properly.There are
Warnings like: Cannot allocate colormap entry for "NavyBlue".
Also there are problems with APM Configuration menu view.I cant see
buttons - they are too small.
It is problems with my X11, or Tivoli?
