userid/groups

OS = AIX 4.2.1

After installing Nways Manager 1.2, I noticed the following
about the /usr/OV directory:

drwx------  40 6020     3717        1024 Jul 10 18:57 OV

And /usr/CML directory looks like this:

drwxr-xr-x  40 bin      bin         1024 Jul 22 13:16 CML

But these directories underneath /usr/CML look like:

drwx------   6 6020     3717         512 Jul 22 12:46 JMA
drwxr-sr-x   2 root     905          512 Jul 22 13:16 doc
drwxr-sr-x   2 1036     905          512 Jul 22 17:28 sockets

Who are these directories supposed to belong to?  And what's up
with the groups?

Not sure if this means anything, but I checked /etc/passwd and
couldn't find any of those numbers.
